Wireway/Husky will provide "prepaid" freight service LTL loads. Flatbed prices are also available but cannot be guaranteed beyond one week. This can provide several benefits, including:
• No longer needing to arrange for freight.
• No longer needing to pay two invoices (just pay a single invoice to WWH).
• Reduced rates (customer can take advantage of our low rates).

| 1. |
For
up to one truckload of any material on our QS program, we 1.
Guarantee to ship within 48 hours or we pay the freight on LTL
shipments; or, we 2. Guarantee the material ‘ready to ship’
within 48 hours or we pay the freight on flatbed shipments. For
amounts larger than one truckload of QS material, call and we
will negotiate shipment, timing and guarantees with you. |

For
any size order up to 5 truckloads of catalog items, we
guarantee to be ready to ship in less than 5 weeks. If any portion
of the order is not ready WWH will pay the freight on what’s late.

| 3. |
For
a 12-truckload order (for example) of catalog items, we
guarantee to be ready to ship at least five truckloads of the
material in less than five weeks, with the remainder of the order
provided ASAP. If it is necessary to provide further proof of our
commitment, we are prepared to enter into negotiation for timing
guarantees on the remainder of the material. If any portion of the
five truckloads is late (or any negotiated portion), WWH will pay
the freight on what’s late. |

For
a 30-truckload order (for example) of non-catalog items, the
order can be individually negotiated as ready to ship on any
mutually agreed schedule. This will be confirmed in writing, and WWH
will pay the freight on what’s late. |

Limitations… there
have to be limitations of course… |

| 1. |
All
guaranteed orders must be confirmed in writing by WWH or this offer
is void. |
| 2. |
QS
material’ as defined on QS page in catalog and on-line. ‘Catalog
items’ defined as anything offered in our printed catalog or on
line - in standard configuration - on or after the 1-1-07 rev.
Orders containing any item marked in the catalog and on-line as
‘call for pricing’ are exempt from Five Live guarantee. |

Estimated
ship dates within 5-weeks are independent of the Five Live
guarantee. Customer must agree to receive material by agreed ship
date, which estimate is based upon, or guarantee is void. |
| 4. |
Orders
agreed to ship outside of a 5-week lead-time are inapplicable to
Five Live guarantee. |
| 5. |
‘Guarantee
‘clock’ is set by distribution time printed on order
confirmation sent by WWH. |
| 6. |
Five-Live
guarantee limited to ‘ready to ship’ on the ‘day of’. This
means anytime before 12pm-midnight… not any specific hour/minute.
Timing for 48-hour program remains unchanged |
| 7. |
Truckload
configurations will be determined by WWH prior to order confirmation
but will be of a ‘build-able’ mix. WWH truckload cubing is
offered as a free service. |
| 8. |
Any
change order by customer, whatsoever, after receipt of order,
re-sets guarantee clock. |
| 9. |
Any
order placed on hold due to credit issues, guarantee is void. |
| 10. |
Acts
of God, Force Majeure, strikes, or any events beyond the control of
WWH; guarantee is void. |
| 11. |
This
offer is subject to change, in whole or in part, without prior
notice. |
